A high moorland plateau at about 1,970 m on the ridge south of Ozegahara, long nicknamed a "heavenly paradise" for its open sky and 360-degree panorama over the surrounding peaks. Its boardwalk crosses pools and cotton-grass; the fragile bog was badly trampled last century and has been under decades-long restoration.
