Kagurazaka is a Tokyo neighbourhood of cobbled lanes and stone steps climbing the hill from Iidabashi, built as a geisha quarter and still keeping traditional restaurants behind its side alleys. Its main street now runs to cafes and French dining alongside the older shops. The lanes are free and open at all hours, though individual venues keep their own times.
Usual hours — confirm with the official site for holidays + seasonal closures.
