Tokyo · Kanto
One of Tokyo's largest city parks, a flat expanse of lawn, zelkova groves and cycling paths in Shibuya, laid out on the ground that held the 1964 Olympic Village. A fountain axis runs down its centre with the Shinjuku towers standing behind the trees, and the lawns fill on weekends with picnickers, buskers, drum circles and dog walkers.
