Entry to the public spaces is free — the Glass Building atrium, the plaza and the underground concourse are open from 7:00 to 23:30 without a ticket. The atrium is the reason to come: a 60-metre glass hull braced on a curved steel spine, with walkways running its length, completed in 1996 to Rafael Viñoly's design.
