Chichibu Matsuri Kaikan

An exhibition hall directly across from Chichibu Shrine dedicated to the Chichibu Yomatsuri (Night Festival) — the year-round way to experience the festival's floats and atmosphere outside its two December nights. Displays include ornate hikiyama floats and kasahoko parasol-shaped floats built by Showa-era master craftsmen, a projection-mapped recreation of the festival with sound and lighting, and a 3D theater covering festivals across the wider Chichibu region.
