Tsutsujigaoka Park

A large free park around a pond in Tatebayashi with wide paths, birdlife and water views, open at any hour. Its hillside is planted with azaleas that draw crowds and a ticketed festival for roughly three weeks from mid-April; outside that the flower hill is free and the pond side is quiet in any season.
