The Edo-Tokyo Museum reopened on 31 March 2026 after a long refurbishment, and admission to its permanent exhibition — life-size reconstructions of Edo-period streets and buildings, tracing the city through fire, earthquake and war — is ¥800 for adults. It opens 9:30–17:30, until 7:30 PM on Saturdays, and closes on Mondays. It is eight minutes' walk from Ryogoku Station.
