Built on reclaimed land beside Honmoku Pier, this spacious municipal park directly adjoins Sankeien Garden's south gate, offering a lotus pond crossed by a small pagoda footbridge, open lawns, and tennis courts. It draws almost exclusively local residents rather than the tour groups filing through Sankeien next door. Best timed for lotus bloom (July-August).
