Ueno Park is a large public park in Tokyo and the city's densest concentration of museums, including the Tokyo National Museum, plus a zoo and Shinobazu Pond. Broad walking paths make it a serene escape from the surrounding city. It is also one of Tokyo's best-known cherry blossom grounds when the trees flower in late March and early April.
