Kinosaki Ropeway

The Kinosaki Ropeway climbs Mount Daishi above the onsen town to a summit terrace and cafe looking back down over the valley and out to the Sea of Japan. The first car up is at 9:10 AM and the last ascent at 4:50 PM, and it closes on the second and fourth Thursday of each month unless that Thursday falls on a national holiday. Poor weather can change the timetable.
