- No admission to the plateau — the trails are open. Parking at the Noguchi lot (the plateau entrance, 150 cars) costs ¥800 per ordinary car.

- No scheduled service to the plateau itself. Buses reach Soni village from Nabari (about 45 min) or Haibara (about 60 min, on the community Okuuda Wakuwaku bus); the final ascent to the plateau has scheduled transport only during the autumn susuki season, and is otherwise a taxi or a 3.5 km uphill walk of roughly 50-60 minutes.
