Shōjuraigō-ji Temple

Shōjuraigō-ji Temple is a Buddhist temple of the Tendai sect located in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. It is designated as an Important Cultural Property and is said to have been founded by Saichō, situated near the eastern foot of Mount Hiei and close to Lake Biwa.

There is no official English site, and it is not widely recognized internationally despite its cultural designation.
