Grand Hirafu Ski Resort

Winter here runs late November to early May, and the mountain reopens for its green season in early July — May and June are largely shut. Grand Hirafu is the largest and liveliest of the four Niseko United ski areas, with the deepest night-skiing terrain and the village bars and restaurants at its base. In summer the Ace Gondola carries sightseers to Mount Yotei views and a mountaintop restaurant, alongside mountain biking, rafting and a run of festivals.
