Shukkeien is a compact garden in central Hiroshima laid out in the 17th century, its name meaning "shrunken scenery" — the design miniaturises famous landscapes around a central pond crossed by an arched bridge. Admission is ¥350, and the hours change with the season: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM from 16 March to 15 September, and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM for the rest of the year, with last entry 30 minutes before closing.
Usual hours — confirm with the official site for holidays + seasonal closures.
