A 1776 temple built into three man-made caves carved into the hillside, housing ~500 individually carved stone rakan (Buddhist arhat) statues, each with a unique face and posture. Built as a 25-year memorial project for miners who died working Iwami Ginzan.

~30 min Ishimi Ginzan loop bus from Oda-shi Station to Omori-cho, then short walk.
