兵庫県立円山川公苑

Hyogo · Kansai

Hyogo Prefectural Maruyamagawa Koen is a riverside public park at Oshima on the Maruyama River in Toyooka, combining an art museum with a canoe and water-sports centre, a pool and a skating rink. The art museum shows its own collection and changing special exhibitions, each priced separately. The park is a little over a kilometre from Kinosaki Onsen Station on the far bank of the river.

Why it's hidden

A prefectural art museum and canoe centre almost within walking distance of the onsen town, which nearly every visitor overlooks.
