Hattori Ryokuchi Park

Hattori Ryokuchi is a large park north of Osaka whose main draw is its open-air museum of old Japanese farmhouses — thatched houses brought here from around the country and rebuilt on the grounds. The park itself is free and open at all hours; the farmhouse museum is ticketed separately and keeps its own hours. It is 12 minutes' walk from Ryokuchikoen Station.
