Nabana no Sato
なばなの里Mie · Kansai
Nabana no Sato is a large flower park inside the Nagashima Resort complex, built around a 9,000m² begonia greenhouse that holds some 600 species and 12,000 blooms under glass whatever the weather outside. Beyond the greenhouse the outdoor beds are replanted through the year — plum, tulips, nemophila and roses each take their turn. The park also runs one of Japan's best-known winter illumination shows.
