Chūgū-ji Temple

Chūgū-ji Temple is a Buddhist temple of the Shōtoku sect located in Ikoma-gun, Nara Prefecture. It is said to have been founded by Prince Shōtoku or Empress Suiko and houses the oldest existing embroidery in Japan, the 'Tenjukoku Shūchō'.
