Oura Church
大浦天主堂Nagasaki · Kyushu
Built in 1864, the oldest standing Christian church in Japan and a National Treasure; site of the 1865 'Discovery of Hidden Christians' where Nagasaki's underground Kirishitan community revealed itself to a French priest after 250 years of prohibition.
