A long-running beachfront café (Beach Cafe SUNSET, opened 1990) on the Nishiura coast at the north end of the Itoshima peninsula, set just above the sand with wide views west over the Genkai Sea — a favourite spot to watch the sun go down over a drink. Open from late morning; closed Thursdays (and the third Wednesday of the month).
