What to expect
Walk along the Oirase Stream, where the sound of cascading waterfalls mingles with the rustling of vibrant yellow and red beech leaves. The path is enveloped by towering trees, creating a colorful natural tunnel.
Best viewing tips
Visit early in the morning for serene views and fewer crowds. The best vantage points are near Choshi Otaki waterfall and Ashura Rapids, where the colors and water create stunning contrasts.
