Okinawa
オクマビーチ is the private beach of the Okuma Private Beach & Resort in Kunigami, at the northern end of Okinawa's main island — about a kilometre of fine white sand backed by the Yanbaru forest. It is managed rather than public: there are lifeguards and a seasonal jellyfish net, and non-guests pay to come in. Admission is free for hotel guests; day visitors pay ¥1,500 for adults and ¥1,000 for children, parking included. Swimming hours are 9:00–18:00 from March to October and 9:00–17:00 from November to February.
Usual hours — confirm with the official site for holidays + seasonal closures.
