Banna Park

Banna Park covers a forested hill in the middle of Ishigaki Island, with observation decks looking out over the town and the reef, a birdwatching tower and a playground built around long roller slides. Entry and the decks are all free, and the park is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It is a short drive from Ishigaki City; the island has no railway, so reaching it means a car, taxi or local bus.
