The Kochi Prefectural Sakamoto Ryoma Memorial Museum is a history museum on the Urado headland above Katsurahama, devoted to the Tosa samurai Sakamoto Ryoma and the closing years of the Edo period. Its holdings include Ryoma's letters and documents of his Kaientai trading company, shown alongside material on the castaway-interpreter John Manjiro. The museum is open every day of the year.
